FAQ's
1. We already have too many suppliers and are trying to eliminate some of them. Why should we add ReMAPP?
ANS: Our customers find they can reduce the number of suppliers because of our low prices, high quality, technology breadth and attentive value-added service. We would like an opportunity to demonstrate that we can provide that to you.
2. Why should we bring in any complications of a distant procurement process?
ANS: Sourcing offshore will be transparent to you. All your contacts will be with us at our US Headquarters office in Stamford, CT. You will have one key inside contact dedicated to serve you. Any questions or issues will be resolved within 24-48 hours.
3. We have been using the same supplier for a long time. What can ReMAPP provide that we already do not have?
ANS: It is not our intent to upset the loyalty of such a relationship. However, many of our customers find that as their technology needs evolve, past suppliers may not evolve at the same rate. They may not implement process changes to allow more competitive pricing. Our quality and leading edge technology provide state-of the-art competitive PCB production that will enhance your overall PCB procurement.
4. What is the advantage of giving ReMAPP a target price?
ANS: We strive to form long term relationships and as your partner we want to save you at least 20% or more, provide high quality, on time delivery and attentive service. If necessary, we will escalate in our organization to be sure we can do it. If not, we won't waste your time.
5. How do we know you can excel in our PCB technology?
ANS: We focus on leading edge technology. Our capabilities span a broad spectrum. Although a significant portion of manufacturing is FR-4 with eight layers or less, we process special laminates and up to 18 layers or more.
6. How easy is it to communicate with my inside contact to obtain a status report?
ANS: You will be able to communicate with your inside contact and receive information the same day or the next day at the latest.
